IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR BY UTILISING OUR SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you as a Seller or Buyer or Investor and Sab Trek Technologies W.L.L (owner of and trading as “VALLEY51”). By signing or agreeing to this contract all parties (Seller, Buyer, Investor) acknowledge that VALLEY51 is a property of Sab Trek Technologies W.L.L and that person agreeing to this contract is legally authorized to do so. 

2. For purpose of definition “Sab Trek Technologies W.L.L” is the owner of “VALLEY51”. VALLEY51 is a website and/or mobile platform for connecting sellers with buyers and investors. We are a marketplace for digital assets such as mobile applications, websites and similar forms of assets. A Seller is the legal owner of an online business, product or solution or any form of digital asset that has chosen to participate and upload their product on VALLEY51 platform. A Buyer or Investor is an interested party seeking to purchase or invest with a Seller. A  “Connection Fee” is the fee a seller must pay to VALLEY51 in return for receiving the contact details of a buyer or investor.   The Product or Solution or Digital asset in all its form are displayed on VALLEY51 platform to be viewed by potential buyers & Investors.

3. By participating the seller agrees to display his Product on VALLEY51 platform

4. The seller agrees they must pay a connection fee in order to receive the Buyer/Investor contact details

5. By participating and filling the contact details form, the buyer/investor agrees to share his contact details with the seller they have requested to connected with. 

6. By participating the Seller & Buyer & Investor agree that they may receive marketing & promotion material via phone calls, emails and SMS and other possible methods of communication for the purpose of enhancing the services of the marketplace.

7. The Seller & Buyer/Investor acknowledges that VALLEY51 will be retaining all data on their records/servers. The Seller agrees that VALLEY51 is allowed to use their product name, logo, trademark and imagery, product description, sales/income information, products on VALLEY51 website and applications.

8. The Seller, Buyer, Investor agree that VALLEY51 is not responsible for the sale/transaction between parties, but only provides the connection (contact details). Nor is VALLEY51 responsible for any or all events that occur post the connection between both parties. VALLEY51 will do its best to validate the authenticity of the actual contact details of the Buyer/Investor but is ultimately not responsible for its authenticity.

9. By participating, the Seller confirms they are the legal owner of the product or legally authorized to act on behalf of the uploaded product.

10. VALLEY51 reserves the right to reject, suspend, delete any product from its platform if it violates any of its terms and if it deems it to be not in the best interest of the business.

11. VALLEY51 will mark products as sold upon verbal or written confirmation from the seller.

12. VALLEY51 reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time.

13. Sab Trek Technologies may choose to rename VALLEY51 at any time but will ensure this is announced. In the unfortunate event where VALLEY51 services are temporarily suspended due to circumstances beyond our control we will try our best to re-activate at our earliest but will not bear any responsibility for this inconvenience. In the unfortunate event where VALLEY51 services are permanently suspended due to circumstances beyond our control or as a result of our decision to terminate services we will ensure you are notified accordingly.  We may transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always notify you if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract. In the instance that ownership of your entity is transferred to a new individual or company, then the new entity shall be bound by this agreement unless otherwise notified. If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the clauses of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
