Refund Policy

Upon completion of payment and receipt of Buyer/Investor contact details, the Seller confirms that no refund will be processed.

The Seller acknowledges that a payment of a Connection Fee does not guarantee a successful sale of their asset and hence no refund can be claimed.

Valley51 uses 3^rd party payment processors and does not accept responsibility of any failures in payments that may occur and does not refund any payments that may be lost due to such failures.
